Thank you to Sophie who is kindly running a fundraiser for the shop through her business Happy Organic Home. Pick up one of her Neal's Yard Remedies catalogues from the counter 🌿This is my little village community shop 🥰.

Running from today until next Sunday I’m donating all of my commission from sales to my lovely village shop as a thank you for everything they have provided in lockdown. 🛍

There were lots of things our local supermarkets couldn’t provide and it was fantastic to see our little community shop selling flour, sugar, my Rooibos tea 🍵 and even a cucumber 🥒 when we needed it and couldn’t get elsewhere. Having the post office 🏤 there has also been amazing during lockdown too and it was something I relied upon heavily to continue running my business. So I’m now shopping 🛍 at our community store more often and I’m hoping to raise some extra funds to show how thankful we have been to have it as part of our community.

If you’d like to donate then simply place a NYRO order through myself, either messaging me directly or ordering via my website below:

The last few months has seen our Community Shop and volunteers rise to the phenomenal challenge that Coronavirus has presented.

Throughout this period the shop maintained stock and kept its doors opened. The additional service of home deliveries was possible due to planning and volunteers time.

As we all move into the next phase of recovery, we need to ask the community to help the shop as the volunteers start to return to work.

This presents a new challenge of filling hours on the rota. We would like to consider extending shop hours but to do this we need to ask you for an hour or two of you time.

If you can help PLEASE come and see William or Paul who will run you through the basics, the CV19 controls and the rota.

Your help would be greatful recieved. 🤞🤞🤞
